It is true that we are scattered, but certainly not spineless. Legal action is the last option. We can make our voice heard by responding and interacting in this platform. I am sure together we can make a difference by going step by step as suggested by Dr Ranjan Kumar. If the university boasts of having 2.1 million students on its roles it's because of the uified and relentless efforts of the Regional Centres. This shows our strength.
